This is the most 90’s, woo-woo book, full of absolute hogwash that I’m sure sounded earth-shattering back in the day… but is just absolutely irrelevant to the modern woman. It is incredibly self-focused & self-absorbed, harmful. I’m sure there’s some good it’s done, but.. I am SO confused how this book is being read by women of my generation & Gen Z and is considered “life changing”?? ITS 2026, PPL.

Did you know that there’s an emotional sickness that’s literally caused by social media? Like turrets is most commonly found in males, by a lot - but after a female with turrets became popular on social media, suddenly a SLEW of young women/teen girls came out with turrets though showing no signs of it as children? And their “ticks” are remarkably similar (turrets doesn’t work this way) as the influencer?
