On pause. I do want to keep reading this but it’s not a good time for me rn 😭 I have too much I have to finish reading asap and I can’t renew this from the library anymore times so I’ll have to come back to it— I really was enjoying it though !!

I feel like this is one of the fuckboy manifestos. Even though it's problematic af, I've seen/heard of so many people reading this I have to see what it's all about

I had borrowed this from the library a million years ago and my loan on it ran out and I had to return it (it wasn't catching my interest) realistically I should DNF but I've decided to listen to the audiobook instead. I might still DNF. It's super long-winded and exposition heavy. Too much tell and not enough show. We'll see.

Kindle Unlimited runs out tmrw so I'm marking where I am in this travesty of a book.

This was recommended to me after a very ✨heated✨ discussion a billion months ago with a girl at the bar about dark romance books. 💀 The last 2 dark romance series I read DID NOT end well for my sanity so I'm low-key scared but my free Kindle Unlimited trial is gonna expire in a week so it's time to blast though all the filthy smut on my TBR that they don't have at the library. Please pray for my soul

This book is literally traumatizing. But now I feel like I need to finish it so I can sleep at night. Give me closure and vengeance Zaddy 😭😭😭
