I usually don't do this but I couldn't make it through this book. It wasn't because it was bad, it certainly has its audience, but it wasn't for me. About 115 pages in and it wasn't as much about integration of music in the UK in the 80s as much as it read as a fan-centric story about how the Specials came to be. I'm sure it clicks for big fans, but not for me.
