I love this series I had to start reading the second book right after I finished the first one. A lot of trauma in the second one

I’m eating this book up. The self discovery of being queer is everything I relate to

I’m loving this book. In a way it’s reflecting how I also came out because of religion. I love the parallel of the Quran and the authors life.

I love the characters so much, the slow burn is worth it

It’s not a of pages I think about 200+ but for some reason it’s taking me longer to finish the book. The concept is great, Aztec vampires? But I feel like it focuses a lot of European centric characters? I’m not sure how the plot will play out. It’s definitely a slow burn especially being almost half into the book. Let’s see how it plays out

Ok ok it got to where I wanted it to be. It’s cuteeeee I’m enjoying it but idk why I’m also getting nervous of the outcome for it since it’s a risky environment. But excited to finish this book

This is such a slowwww burn!!! How am I almost in 200 pages and I have yet gotten any romance aspects, like not even making out or a small kiss. Ok I understand they are getting to know each other but why tf is this book edging me. Anyways way fucking different than Icebreaker that’s for sure

It’s a bit of a slow burn. I remember icebreaker hitting us with a lot of “passionate” scenes. Wildfire isn’t like that. But I’m appreciating the build up of the main character’s relationship.

Started as an audio read but got the book. So far it’s pretty cute. I thought it was going to be the miscommunication trope which I’m relieved it’s not.

It’s picking up faster now

Ok I did get spooked at one point. The details it gives make it feel like im there. I can see everything it’s portraying. Getting a bit violent as well.
