trying to stop myself from reading this too fast 🙏🏽

Although I’m only around halfway through, I can confidently say this is a brilliant sequel to Fourth Wing. It picks up with even more momentum, deepening the stakes and relationships without losing the tension that made the first book so addictive. The pacing feels sharper, the world more expansive, and the characters, especially Violet, more grounded and emotionally layered

I have a feeling we’re not gonna like Dain…

I had to return it to the library so it’s on hold for now 😁

It’s different from the things I usually read, and I find myself reading slower in order to piece together the entire narrative. Definitely gonna take a while to finish

I have to take a break from this bc it moves so slow and I’m not invested at all 💀
