Ok damn tearing up now

AHHHH I WISH I COULD STAY UP AND READ THIS BOOK

I’m hooked

Ok so far we’ve covered everything I heard about the plot so I have no idea where we are headed

Not very plot driven but a fun read so far

Omg what the doctor ordered, so endearing so far

Sadly I might DNF at least for the immediate time being. I’m about a quarter though and I’m not invested in any of the characters. The main character is quite flat and not particularly rootable. The band of misfits around him SEEM like they should be quirky and charismatic but they are written in a nearly unkind way .. like the author is making fun of them.

Heard so much about this book. Excited to dig in.

Oh my gosh this book was written by a funny person on TikTok and it’s a very light and cute listen (I’m listening to it on spotify)

Very slow unfolding so far but I’m interested to see where we will end up

Unfortunately I’m still in my hater era. Finding this much less compelling than the midnight library.
