I am having a hard time loving this book like I want to. I am a huge Taylor Jenkins Reid fan, but this book feels like it is dragging right now. To be fair, I am a mood reader And it could just be that I picked it up at the wrong time.

This book was recommended to me by my favorite book seller at Novel. It’s the story of the World’s Fair and H.H. Holmes, a serial killer in Chicago at the same time. While it is non-fiction it reads like fiction. So far I can not put it down!

Sweet, easy read.

Young journalist is intrigued by these engineered dogs that have arrived in NYC. The story flips between view points of the journalist, the engineer and the main dog character

It is go good that I am actually reading more slowly because I don’t want it to end. Books like this - with such smooth writing and great plot development don’t come along often.
