Well… I don’t know where it goes from there, but count me in ! For those who has read, I just read chapter 23 when everything goes to shit.

The vibe is giving : The Secret History (Donne TARTT) mixed with These Violent Delights (Micah NEMEREVER, and a bit if If We Were Villains (M L RIO)

At 32%, I’m genuinely intrigued by the concept, which feels both fresh and engaging. It gives me strong Supernatural vibes, especially in the way missions are structured and organized — but with a twist: everything feels legal, institutionalized, almost like a “start-up nation” version of paranormal hunting.

I don't think that's normal to wait until chapter 18 to finally be interested in the story line...
But alright, I'm in now.

I am struggling. I want to unalive this FMC.

I understand the hype. I really do. I see the quality of the book and its good storytelling.

HOWEVER, I am NOT the target.

I probably will finish this tome, but will not go further.

Why am I enable to keep reading this book ? Why don't I already know where this is going ?
