i haven't read a graphic novel in such a long time but the second i opened to the first page of this it was an instant serotonin boost
the art for this book is so gorgeous and im so intrigued by the plot this one is coming to the airport with me

my school year finally started and im hoping this book will be the academic motivation i need

OH MY GOODNESS I LOVE NAZEERA SHE IS EVERYTHING I WANT TO BE. wasn't really feeling this book as much until her character was introduced. can't wait to read more. but literally, like a new favorite character so far

WHAT JUST HAPPENED
Bunny is by far my least favorite character, oh my gosh

WHY IS THIS BOOK SO GOOD BUT SO LONG OH MY GOODNESS

I feel like I'm reading into everything way too much with this book, like I'm going to figure out some huge mystery by tediously annotating every page. I swear I love the writing but plot wise I feel like I've progressed basically nowhere. Hopefully things get more interesting soon!!

this is going to take forever ive been reading this for about 2 hours but this book is so long ugh
first book im annotating! i love the writing style and the imagery is stunning so luckily im able to look past the fact that i need to have a dictionary and google translate on hand from how complicated the vocabulary is

Took me a week of reading this book to notice that the title is "Five Survive" when there are six characters, so that's not very good
