What the fuck is this shit? It's like someone else wrote this book. Either that, or Mariana Zapata hit her head and forgot how to write. This is so bad that I don't know if I can continue, even if Connor Crais narrates on this.

Completely blown away by this audiobook. Possibly one of the best listening experiences I've ever had.

I can already tell that this is probably going to be one of my top books of 2026. The audiobook is a must for this one.

30 seconds into the prologue and I'm already cackling with laughter... Teddy Hamilton's sarcastic delivery is the best. Hoping this trend continues for the rest of the book.

I hate all the characters in this book. Thought I would at least be on the FMC's side, since her douchey rich boyfriend is cheating on her, and the other guy moving in on her, is doing it as part of a sleazy revenge plot against said boyfriend. But, the FMC has zero backbone and acts like she has zero agency in her life, when she has her own business, and has her own money, but still lets people walk all over her.

Over halfway into this audiobook, and this just isn't funny like the other ones. So far, it's just been Violet selfishly stringing Nico along and continuously rejecting him. When he finally decides to put some boundaries in place, she decides they should be together after all, and immediately gets indignant that he doesn't come running back, now that she decides that SHE'S ready. Definitely not my favorite.
