finally realizing I need to be a bit careful reading this book because the very in-depth discussion of eating disorders and body dysmorphia has slowly started to bring up my own body image issues. I’ve never actually had an eating disorder, but I do hate that there’s a part of my mind that notes certain bits about how she kept her eating disorders going, as if to go “what if you try that out one day?”
