-END OF ACT 6 ACT 6 INTERMISSION 5-
Ohh fuck, here we are. This intermission contains multitudes. Moments within were frustrating, some were satisfying, and others were just more of the same old shenanigans that this comic loves to pull so much. I can't believe it's almost over.

-END OF ACT 6 ACT 6 INTERMISSION 4-

Oh my god I've read almost 1,000 pages of this today alone and I'm not stopping either

-END OF ACT 6 ACT 6 ACT 3 & INTERMISSION 3-

Holy shit, those were fucking awesome!? A6A6A3 was a really funny detour that caught me super off guard, and the ensuing A6A6I3 was a real treat and surprise, acting as the grizzly follow-up to A6A6I2's continuously building tension. I bet if you haven't read any of this all the act and intermission names sound pretty stupid, but that's because they are! :D

-END OF ACT 6 ACT 6 INTERMISSION 2-

This section reinforces my past criticisms because everything happening here is fun, but I wish less characters had off-screen development prior to this, primarily Terezi, Rose & Aranea. Lots of cool action moments and big payoffs to past drama throughout this act, and it again reminded me of a big anime climax with everyone coming together in an increasingly chaotic fashion.

-END OF ACT 6 ACT 6 ACT 2-

Okay, that was similarly short to the first act of this kind but this one introduced an element that really helped improve it over the first. Pretty interesting idea, I wonder if it will have real ramifications or just be a funny haha story idea.

-END OF ACT 6 ACT 6 INTERMISSION 1-

So, in terms of big plot moves I'm not a fan of this intermission at all. I do not gaf about the empress or her plans and seeing characters be evil under her control doesn't do it for me. However, I love the presentation here, especially when characters expand beyond the panel. I'm also liked the character interactions here, with highlights being John & Roxy or Jade & Dave.

-END OF ACT 6 ACT 6 ACT 1-

Okay, that was alright. A funny idea but the execution was kinda whatever. It was also really short, but I assume that we will be returning to this between all the intermissions.

-END OF ACT 6 INTERMISSION 5-

Uhh, okay! I didn't love all the character choices on the meteor, but this intermission was alright overall. I'm most interested in John's little arm adventures and what those could mean going forward, as well as seeing everyone all together for the first time!!! Certainly nothing nefarious or stupid will happen! :D

-END OF ACT 6 ACT 5-

Okay! A lot of emotional wrap-ups there, seems like the first leg of each Alpha Kid's arc is pretty much finished. The ending of the act was crazy, with all the plot beats coming to a boil pretty much at once. Definitely excited to see where Act 6 goes from here, but I'm hoping to get one more intermission that takes place during the timeskip before we move fully into the combined session.

-GO BACK TO ACT 6 ACT 5 ACT 1-

Wow, what the fuck? Act 6 Act 5 Act 2 was so garish and ugly and stupid and... honestly a lot of fun! The dialogue was well written, the interactive flashes were a nice treat, and the general chaos of this section just made it really endearing in spite of how garish and ugly and stupid it was. However, I suppose we are going to pretend like it never happened! Okay! Yay! :D

-END OF ACT 6 ACT 5 ACT 1-

What the fuck do I say about this? I enjoyed the drama between the Alpha Kids in this section but didn't care much for Caliborn harassing Jane or the new sprites (other than poor, sweet, dear, precious Fefetasprite.) Love Roxy as usual, best Alpha Kid. This act's end was one of the stupidest things in the comic thus far. I'm sure it will also have huge ramifications going forward. Great.

-END OF ACT 6 INTERMISSION 4-

Not my favorite part of the comic. It was pretty short though so it could have been worse. I really liked the crowbar gag, that was an awesome use of the website as a medium, but otherwise it was just okay. Hoping for more hype moments and aura in the next sections.

-END OF ACT 6 ACT 4-

It was only three pages? Okay, interesting. Pretty transparently shows the comic's priorities.

-END OF ACT 6 INTERMISSION 3-

Okay I guess I'm back in!? This was a really enjoyable chunk of the comic. It felt creative and satisfying in a way the last few acts and intermissions haven't been. It felt novel and intentional, acting as a really fun section to read. I have my issues with some of the characterization in this part, but it's not enough to outweigh the many things this intermission does very, very well.

-END OF ACT 6 ACT 3-

A good end to the act. Saved all the hype moments and aura for the end I suppose. I will say that the exposition dump about the post-scratch Earth was one of the single most groan inducing sections of the entire comic thus far. It was seriously bad. Other parts of the act helped to make up for that though, and I still do plan on continuing in spite of my mildly dwindling interest. Sunk cost...

-END OF ACT 6 INTERMISSION 2-

Awww, that's it? This intermission definitely left me wanting more. I enjoyed the scene between Karkat and Dave a lot, but the way John was written here didn't feel right. He seemed kinda mean. I also very quickly grew to like Aranea, only partially because of her name.

-END OF ACT 6 ACT 2-

I'm confused again! It's okay though because everything will make sense eventually. The new set of characters is growing on me, I like Roxy in particular. She has a bit of pizzaz that the other kids don't. Interested to see what happens from here, but I'm more interested in the upcoming intermission!!! Yaaaaaay intermission time!!!

Wait I'm gagged. The tower crumbling into the shape of the god hand? Shut the fuck up that's so cool

The art in this single chapter is fucking unbelievable

God it's good to be back, Berserk is so fucking good

-END OF ACT 6 INTERMISSION 1-

Yay, back to our original characters! We finally get some follow-up to the gigantic flash animation that ended Act 5, as well as some really fun character interactions between the kids and the trolls, since this is the first time they have met! I hope we get more sections like this that mostly consist of conversations and character dynamics, they're definitely my favorite part :)

-END OF ACT 6 ACT 1-

Took a short break between the end of Act 5 and the beginning of Act 6. Wanted to give myself time to digest what I knew already before driving into a new set of main characters.

This act is certainly slower compared to Act 5, and as much as I enjoy the dynamics here, a lot of the dialogues go on too long while circling around the emotional cores at the heart of the conversations themselves.

END OF ACT 5 ACT 2
Yeah this is really good. It's not perfect, but it manages to get genuine laughs from me, always offers visually pleasing art, and has enough experimentation to make continued reading feel exploratory. The comic's highs and lows are easily distinguishable, but when the right characters are involved and the events get genuinely compelling, this is electric. Glad I compelled myself to check this out.

Sheesh slow day today as you can tell by my progress. They're introducing a bunch of new characters with confusing names and they all talk weird so I'm really having my brain teased here but it's fun and it passes the time so idrc.

Okay so this is the actual end of Act 4 I don't know why they lied to me the first time kinda uncool

-END OF ACT 4-
Oh! That's the end of Act 4! I didn't expect it would be coming up so soon, but I suppose that would explain why things got so interesting. It wasn't a big climactic finish to the act but I suppose that hasn't been the case thus far. Enjoying this today, more than I was before.

Okay, this is actually pretty interesting. I like the concepts that the last few pages have introduced, and I am intrigued to keep reading. I stopped specifically on this page because I liked it. I am going to keep reading though, just wanted to catalog my thoughts at this point.
