Yes I already know all this but it’s painting a picture I get it
Also Metis/Hera parallels being set up??? Stunning, gorg, literally crack to me

Thank you Jennifer Saint for my special summer treat 🙏🙏🙏🙏

And that’s how the power of friendship solves corruption, starvation, and monster cannibals

You know what? Hell yeah sure why not love that

The couple of typos are very confusing in this book like why would you capitalize that?

Bro I KNOW Stratt is not that dumb that she doesn’t know what WATER IS MADE OF WHY ARE YOU MAKIBG HER STUPID

First chapter: maybe I’m just a male narrator hater but like why are you speaking like that idk why are you making me MISS Ryan gosling this is an ISSUE idk keeping an open mind

Perhaps little plot hole here: they established that there are only like 3 knives in the whole palace so how are so many people like slicing themselves and others into pieces for consumption?

Hey Phosyne, so actually that is not very consensual just saying like idk if that’s supposed to show her corruption or if the rest of the book is gonna just like ignore that orrrr

Bro this would scare the shit out of my semi schizophrenic ass

I love when women are crazy and magical and there’s no living male characters it’s just a truly lovely time

“I’d be your lighthouse” I love all three of these girls so intensely

“I was never in control was I? I was always dust”
fantastic work

“I don’t want to look back and think of you as someone who left. I want to think of you as someone who was here”
Rachel Amber coping with the reality of her death in another dimension and also accepting that the max she’s known will return to that reality damn.

Happy Yuri is healing my heart

My perfect girl Rachel Amber

Does it actually make sense for her to go back like at all? Not really? Is it just for the plot? Yes
But I like don’t care this book isn’t really for the correct narrative anyway

Reallllyy fabulous imagery here

Tai, you ate her face.

Cannibalism and vibes while I’m actively experiencing my own brain lack of functioning

I see you Misty Quigley

I would be so cooked in this and any other horror situation I would’ve passed out on like page 5

“A miracle so profound may be indistinguishable from horror” oooohhhh ate that

Slowwww progress but I always read this when I’m butt tired so maybe I’ll get through a bigger chunk if I like started at a reasonable time

Forgot how LONG the ending fight(s) go on for

Points to Tamsyn for knowing that radiation glows blue and not green I’m impressed

Alecto… I’m sorry for your fate as John’s fucking freezer bride

Me when I’m the best scene ever written in fiction
Me when I am a war crime
Me when you are my best friend and I am undone without you

I think freshman me watched she ra so that me now can read this masterpiece

It’s good but reading this at the same time as Gideon just makes it not as good nothings I’ll ever be that good and I hate myself for doing hat to myself
