this book is actually getting better with each chapter, i feel like there are spots in the story where i definitely get confused a little and need to retrace/reread, but i don’t mind because the story telling and the development is actually impeccable. stay tuned for a boatload of emotions 😭

Yes, i am rereading this book, i love mische and asar’s story so much, it is definitely a hades and persephone twist. The next book which continues their story was just released, but i want to really immerse myself again into the series. At some point i will be rereading the whole series again

This book is actually awesome so far. I will be completely honest, as soon as i saw the deluxe edition in target, i bought it immediately- i didn’t even know anything about the book but it absolutely captivated me. I’m so glad i picked it up. My only complaint is that the chapters are kinda long, but the story makes up for it.

I kid you not, if one could explain this book, I’d be here forever. We went from enemies, to allies, to lovers, to enemies again, and 445 pages of a slow burn to the utter beauty of lovers again. it is a literal masterpiece. i just read the best 4 chapters of my entire life. the brilliance of having dual povs is very much appreciated. enough said. go buy the book before i accidentally spoils something.
