This is a comedy… but it’s not supposed to be.

This is 100 percent meant for teenagers. I am absolutely rolling over in embarrassment and ick. The whole plot is driving me crazy. A teenage me would have loooved this.

If you know the meme where the little girl is sitting in her car seat judging her sister’s reaction to Disneyland… that has been my face the majority of the time.
I still have 10 hours left. Wish me luck😂

I am invested in the chaos. Everyone still kind of sucks but I’m a fly on the wall to the dumpster fire. There isn’t one character in the book without flaw and I find that very human and real.

It took me about 10% of the book to get into and understand the older English words. I kid you now I probably had to look up a word atleast every other other page.

I’ve come to the conclusion so far that everyone sucks except Nelly.

Bizzare chemistry and the trigger warnings had me second guessing what I was getting myself into. I’m here for it… for now🤣

This book better end happy or I am going to be so sad hahaha

Why am I still not impressed… with being over half way through this book, I feel like I should be into it….

It’s fine… but I am definitely on the fence about not finishing. It’s not revolutionary for its genre. Dark brooding male, very sassy female lead, smut…. It’s just fine
