I wanted to read it again and looked on Amazon to buy anther copy to give away. it's OOP, so their copies cost upwards of £36 (as of 4th August 2024). OOF. Don't think I can afford to give it away, sadly (no, my book is mine - sorry).

I like the writing, but sometimes I have to stop and take a break (let's be clear, I'm an adult and I *really* like having non-euphemistic adult content (*thank you very much!*), so it's NOT that.) It's going to be a couple of days reading this one. . .

I decided to re-read because of the upcoming movie. I hope I'm absorbing the details this time . . .

17th Dec. 2022 - I'm going to move this to "want-to-read". I put it down on a pile of books and now I can't find it.
Therefore, I'm going to keep looking for a week then decide to either restart it (if I find it) or (if I don't) buy the kindle books to finish it (the e-books are cheaper than re-buying used paperback(s) right now). I'm not happy either way.
