If I want to reach my reading goal, and I am reading 250 page average books, I will need to read an average of 40 pages a day.

an academic home cooked one recipe many times. then extrapolated it too singularly. there is no expansion. no connection. the author knows why and still does not reach beyond it.

eyeroll. so glad I read this though because this is entirely the book about cooking I would be most afraid of writing
