Great book and I can feel it leading towards something great. But it is hard work. I love it, but its just a lot of branches to follow and I find I need to be very focused to hold onto it.

This book was really special, and his love affair with surfing at times feels like the way I love music and hiking. His appreciation of the details and understanding of the parts of his obsession that speak to him inspired me to start thinking of the little bits and pieces of my life that I hold dear - even the more difficult and challenging parts.
