i HATE biomechanics and physics so much

because i’m starting season 1 of RHOSLC today! cheers!

i was obsessed with this book in like 8th grade so i figured i was due for a series reread

honestly skipping all over the book to study but i’m reading about different tests for strength that are applicable to what i’m doing at work and this is so cool

i’ve absolutely loved all of marie lu’s books, so hopefully i like this one too

cannot believe this is on goodreads, might drop my fav facts throughout since i’m spending min 3 hours a day learning the info 😵‍💫 for my cscs exam early next year

doing a reread bc i think alec from fake skating is my new fav lynn painter male character, but i need to reread this to see… i’m imagining the “welcome home cheater” meme as i’m starting this though 🫣

the way i already know this will be a 5 star read for me

okay if i’ve been thinking it was this one character for half the book, i fear it has to be a red herring and something i’ll be like wait whaaaaat about

as someone who has medical anxiety bordering on ocd, reading about someone having an aneurysm while having a headache is NOT fun

i have my suspicions and its so hard not to skip to the end of the book to see, and i will nottttt be happy if its who i think it was that did it

um yeah this is intense

this is sooo different than the show, but in a good way so far. i think i can kind of guess how things are put together, but also kind of confused since there’s so many characters that are different or play a different role in the story

OBSESSED with the show, so hopefully this fills the void before season 3

this book is singlehanded getting me out of a slump, 5 star review incoming
