I had to put it aside for a while because, even though I find JoAnne unique and fun in a way because of her exceptional wealth, her story was becoming a bit pretentious and unimportant. I started to lose interest. But, now the story is turning to Pakistan and Afghanistan... the reason I wanted to read it.

Wow.... Certainly an interesting inside look at the lifestyles of the rich and famous. Joanne, although she may be less sort of "humble" than I might usually appreciate in a person, is starting to grow on me because of her trials, kindness, sensitivity and faith.

So how will Victoria manage to get her flowers for her wedding arrangements without Grant seeing her there? This will be interesting, considering the circumstances. Will there be fireworks or a melt down or what?!
