I can tell just from the first few pages that I am going to love this book.

How many more times are you going to say, “down the drain”, Julia? If I wasn’t so loyal to my book club I would have put this down a long time ago, but here we are listening to her talk about flushing her fetus down the toilet.

Really enjoying the simplicity of this book so far, I feel so seen. I may or may not have cried in the first few chapters.

Holy fuck. I’m hooked.
