one of my dad’s favourite novels & is set near my home town so thought i’d give it a go

my dad gave me this book when i told him that i started writing poetry. he said it really helped him with his meter and rhythm - two things i find myself struggling with.
however, don’t expect me to finish this anytime soon - i’ll pick it up whenever i need tips with my writing, but am in no hurry to finish it
