the central idea is that life is meant to be lived, not to be filled with being busy and overthinking things. but the emphasis to go outside versus thinking about it... I am in my house reading this am i not? books let me hear other's stories that i normally wouldn't.
Overall i was entertained by the Pooh narrative and learned a lot about Taoism and how it contrasted with religions of the time.
