Holy shit

Pages 202-204 have what I think is my new favorite scene I’ve read in any book. It shows how jumbled and frantic Alice’s thoughts are and sums up her feelings about Peter in a way that hits so hard. What she does is completely irrational but I still want to cheer her on because I’m now as mad as she is and want her to have some emotional closure
