ok actually going to re read this first cause i forget a lot

a re-read in anticipation of books 6&7 coming out in the next few months 😅

ok i switched to audiobook and IM TRYING but i think this might be a series i dnf. imma try to finish this book, but it’s so… just not for me

very medieval and knight like. a bajillion characters and plot introduced and i feel like im studying to understand hahah not my usual fantasy fiction but austin’s dad gave me the series to read so i’m trying

ok there are some major editing errors in this book and it’s starting to really bother me (misspelled names, inaccurate timelines, etc) trying to sleuth out what the author meant on reddit is no bueno

i can see this ending up on a banned book list in the future

ok i don’t mind the tandem reading but carrying around two 700 page books everywhere and a reading list is a bit burdensome. i do enjoy the story tho thus far

this book is so dang cute!!! such a light and easy read

omg this one is the best book out of the trilogy! so many unexpected twists. much better than the second book. woo hoo

meh. dnf. would have powered thru but the book is due back at the library

i have 2 days left before i need to return it, libby got my heart racing. this series slaps tho, haven’t read a fantasy series like this in a loooong time. perfect amount of bloody war stuffs and character development, with some unpredictable non-tropey twists. chefs kiss!!

libby made 3 books i had on hold available all within 2 days so im on a mad reading dash this weekend
