I’m listening to the audiobook. The story is good, however the narrator (specifically the male), just isn’t doing it for me.

I’m completely engaged. I want to know what happened between wolf and Lizzie/Beth. How did she end up with Frank? Both seem equally good men,however, entirely different.

So far, it’s okay. There is ONE thing that is driving me nuts. The place most of the story takes place is a house on the sea, off the Atlantic Ocean. However, there have been multiple references to the sunsets over the ocean. Sun rises in the east and sets in the west.
Can’t we get the geography basics right?

DNF’d. Done at about 30%.

For as much as the first 75% of book one was a disappointment, book two has greatly atoned for what the former had lacked.

I’ve just finished chapter 48 and it was worth the wait. 🥵

I like Jenny- her sister Rachel is pathetic. I also have the audiobook. The voice of narrator for Rachel is like nails on a chalkboard, which probably doesn’t help.
