Everybody needs a friend like Elena who supports you so much

50 pages in and I already love this book

I'm more than a third in and I still have no clue where book is going

One vampire book without pedophilia is all I ask. Sigh.

What a start to a book. Immediately hooked me. There is so much pain in this book, it is so raw...

Every single word drips with meaning, weighed down by the absolute atrocities from the past

Rereading because the new show is so bad

All these people have everything in their life and they're inventing problems through overthinking because they're too bored.
It's fun reading about it; it is almost like voyeurism

Ursula K LeGuin just has a way with words. I'm reading not just for anticipation of the plot but also in anticipation of how she's going to frame words

Every so often I forget to be angry and colonialism and racist prejudices. This book is bringing all that back. Brilliant so far

Feels very much like a love letter to space and sci Fi.

Simply scrumptious. I don't quite understand why I was sleeping on Pratchett for so long. The whimsy is a perfect reminder of why I love reading
