I'm blown away by the depth of this book. I did not expect to feel this way

This book is spectacular. I'm really hoping it continues this momentum. Would have been possibly the best novella I've ever read if it ended right now, so let's see what happens next

One of my favorite parts of reading is getting to see a glimpse of another person's view of the world, especially when they are far more articulate and poetic than I could ever hope to be. The juxtaposition between the falling in love and the fading of passion between Amy and Nick is so interesting. How Flynn shows this "love" through each POV is just so fun to read and goes to show how different love is for everyone

I once gifted this novel to someone I was seeing. She returned it a month later saying that she "couldn't get into it." This is my favorite novel of all time, so maybe I'm biased... but rereading it for the second time since then.... HUH?! WHAT DO YOU MEAN?? This prose is bewitching and unlike anything other I've ever read like bro what are you TALKING about there's something to obsess over in EVERY PAGE. IT'S LOVELY
