I’m about halfway through and I love this. It’s dark and sad and there’s a million trigger warnings I need to share but it’s also beautiful. This is the perfect example of quintessential Aussie fiction (from a non-Aussie who’s read tons of Aus lit)

As a 40 year old lady reading about sexing a 20 year old gives me the ick, as does the rockstar thing but I liked the movie so I’ll read this smutty book and just not pay too much attention to those parts lol

So creepy!!
