As a first time Event Director this book has helped me reshape how I view the product we are creating for fans at all of our venues and games. Costante’s point of consistency of character in your entertainment teams beyond just the mascot really stuck out to me. I am excited to apply what I’ve learned in my role moving forward, and to continue learning via Costante’s Beyond the Scoreboard podcast.
