Still struggling a bit through this book but as a die hard SJM fan and from all the prompts from previous readers to keep going, I'm giving it my all and it's starting to pay off slowly but surely.

I don't know what I was expecting from all the spoilers I've seen, but I was not picturing Danika as a wolf?

I thought I was done crying after Kingdom of Ash... but I guess not.

It's all very tame so far... I feel like I'm standing at the edge of a cliff waiting to be pushed lol.

This is definitely a far cry from my usual genre. I'm not accustomed to the lack of detail and world-building compared to the fantasy novels I usually go for. But wholly crap is this one ever getting to me already. Very cute, very picture-esque. Ryle is great so far, but I just know this man will probably end up screwing something right? Or will it be Lily who screws it up since Atlas has now appeared in her life?
