TLDR; Adam’s a loser

Just finished the first chapter: Los Angeles. Super interesting so far, the woman has no name, her husband is husband, and kids are kids. I feel like the author did this on purpose since everyone ik who is married refers to their so as their husband or their wife. I figure that her husband speaks in $$$ bc he is the head of the household. In regards to her and her exes, the past lingers in the present

Shiraha is unbearable. First, he says he’s looking for a wife and she needs to meet all his standards. She needs to be a good cook, a good clean, and have a decent job. As for him, he needs to lie low because he doesn’t want people to know what he’s up to and he doesn’t want to work (bc work = marriage = kids = work more for more money). Bruh he’s the definition of rb
