Listening to this book, and I must say- this is simply one of the best things I have ever read. I really, really, really resonate with what Bell Hooks is writing in this book. I feel like she has written on paper and organised the thoughts of so many of us that look at our society and see all it could be.

Its so cool to see an insightful, tender, well-researched book... on love. Human love.

this little book is quite powerful, even so far. (I’ve only listened to I think the first few chapters).

But man, do I love it (no pun intended).

She puts to us almost a study of love, kind of like a literature review and forming conclusions based on these.
There’s a WHOLE lot of soul in this little book.

I think it should be mandatory reading for everyone❤️
