Here I am trying to chip away at my TBR and I don't pay attention to the fact that the first book ends on a cliffhanger and it's a trilogy 😮‍💨

Why why why did I add "read two horror novels" to my 2025 reading goals. I'm terrified right now and it's night time and my house is probably haunted. Like I read 24690 and was just fine, but I draw the line at ghosts and demons.
