I find myself extremely frustrated with the FMC constant body shaming of herself- and all this weight loss talk. I’m really hoping we get to go to a healing arc and reading through all this pays off. I realize it’s early- and all of this is probably leading somewhere; and will probably get a backstory reveal with more depth- but oh it’s killing me.

I saw that this had some less than flattering reviews- normally I don’t look. I have to disagree with the few I saw.
I like it. It has some flaws but it’s good.

Usually I can’t stand when a golden retriever MMC is too much of an eager puppy- but fuccc if I don’t love Talmadge regardless. 💛

ARC that really didn’t work for me. Going to think about how to verbalize my thoughts.

Moving to DNF for now. It’s not bad. It’s just so bland. Probably a mood thing.

It’s not bad- it seems so bland for all the events going on in it: hard to keep my interest up.

It seems so much harder to get into this one compared to the 1st in this series.
