I love it!! Even though I guessed one part of the mystery, I was surprised by the recent revelation. I love that there not a lot of cursing or sex so far.

Why is Nancy so averse to Ashish? I why for she keep blaming things on her mother. She must learn to take ownership of her choices.

Teen homosexuality. Sigh! I'm abandoning this book.😑

Wondering how her true identity being revealed will affect the story now. I'm nervous for her!

Not sure why we need homosexual references. Does it have anything to do with the plot?

Listened to the entire book in one day. The plot is good. Very early on I kept wondering how wife can go into the crime scene and be so close to the case. Wouldn't she have motive? So many f words!!! Way more than I was comfortable with.

Love the descriptive expressions of sighs, sounds and smells! Plus, the little sprinkling of Spanish words helps me to recall the bit of Spanish that I know and to learn new vocabulary. Its nice being transported to another country.

I feel like there is so much fluff in this book. She keeps repeating the same thoughts in different simple words. And giving meaningless details, like, "she pulled out the counter stool and sat down". I just want to get to the point. I enjoying learning new vocabulary and this book doesn't have many multi syllable words, which is disappointing.

The dialogue is repetitive, juvenile bickering at this point. I'm wondering if I should ditch this book.

Actually, I did not read the last 2 chapters because now it is predictable. But I loved the entire book and figured out the real killer shortly before Hannah did!
