damnit, ive read this one.

ok, I could have sworn the first time we met him it was British, but now it saws Irish. wtf.

So JB is British. And in the first few books, had a British accent. Why does he now have an Irish accent?

Dan is trying to contact Nellie, she's "lost" her cell phone, not that "they would work" in China, and he is in a computer bar... hello, email her... duh...

I thought nellie lost her cell phone in the last book, (they made a big deal about it - plot-wise). Upon entering China, it was mentioned that "their cell phones wouldn't work," but i just thought it was in reference to the cell phones Nellie bought Dan and Amy in Australia. And by the way, a few books back I made another update about how they didn't have phones in like book 1, but suddenly did in book 2 or 3... wtf.

why they hell hasn't jona asked why Dan was in his factory?

and what happened to Dan's burn? it was bad enough to scar

What happened to the professor at the end of the last book!? he left to check the plane and Dan was "on his death bed" and he never came back.

heres another small detail, the various authors should double check before writing about it. In the first book nellie's father LOATHED that she was going to "ditch" college and her family to go on this anonymous "trip." And now, he's all like... bring me some hot sauce.

heres another small detail, the different authors contradict each other on: Amy doesn't know about Dan's photograph of their parents, therefore she doesn't know he lost it in the tunnels of Paris. But heres Amy, making social commentary on this very fact, he was never going to tell her.

How do they suddenly have cell phones? Book they had none, cause they were poor. Book two they got a hold of one of the cousins... but now they both have them. and they work? what ever

read again... still love it. eragon is very naive.

while struggling through the first book in the lord of the rings series I had a really strong urge to read this one again.

its to depressing, the presective, so i'm not going to force my way through it. It also just has a cold undertone, and i'm tired of reading books like that. Maybe i will come back to this one at a later date.
