V sad that I have to read birthing brain books instead of the usually scheduled smut and romantasy :( :( :(

So far, kinda obsessed with Jude

The narrator was great for Snow but... his Lucy Gray voice was hard to listen to lol. Honestly, this was my least favorite of all the Hunger Games books which is funny bc I really enjoyed the movie! It could have something to do with the amount of "singing" where the narrator just talked the words of the songs in the most monotone "poetry reading" voice I've ever heard but sheesh it was hard sometimes

Tbh, I saw the movie and it was a lot more interesting than the book has been so far. Very consistently the same but for some reason I was more hooked on the movie

The movies I feel like were spot on. Obviously the book is more detailed but they did good on the first movie at least

First time reading this and am v much enjoying it but I am pumping the brakes on reading juuuust a smidge. After 25 books since Jan 1 I am getting a bit worn out

Ngl after so many books I was expecting a HUGE ending and it was a little anti-climactic. Still a good book, I enjoyed the series :)

I am so used to 900 page books that these 450 page books feel like a breeeeeeze lol

Okay so this book is where the series flips from 4* to 5*... so far. Stay tuned

Especially bc you could tell Jesiba liked Bryce the whole book but REFUSED to show it hahah & Lydia is either a descendant or sibling of Aelin/Brannon?!?!?! BRO?!?!?!? Also I am still shook that Bryce let her parents stay in Prythian hahahah god this book is everything

I am so here for Nesta+Bryce is everything and I was SO POSITIVE they would be fast friends and also I love how Bryce puts Azriel out of his comfort zone but in a good way? Also saw that one coming. Bb is simply (one of) the best characters
