Hmmm... a bit too heavy on the religious zealotry for me and also... if they speak perfect albeit old english i dont see the contextual need for the random french? Just seems really disjointed to me a ye olde declaration with 'oui' randomly inserted... i dont get it.
Also... nearly 200 pages in and literally nothing of note has happened. I had such high hopes for this but im slowly drifting towards DNF
