I wanted to learn more about the Sacklers and how drugs like OxyContin came to be, which I did in the first 100 pages of this book. I have tired of reading all the hype, misinformation, and shady marketing of this drug and others so I will not be finishing this book right now. I will probably come back to it at some point in the future, but I have read enough of it for now.

I really hate to do this, but I decided to give up on this book. Too slow and uninteresting.
