At first, Desmond Tutu’s spirituality struck me as his biggest weakness, but the impact left by him on South Africa’s progression as a democratic and free country proves otherwise. He showed hope for even the perpetrators! Tutu’s shift of perspective to focus on healing not just the victims, but also the perpetrators is definitely another way to look at a situation.
