I’m so over this book let me out of this misery

This is the most Reddit coded book I have ever had the privilege of enduring

Was soooo excited to get the arc!!! I went in thinking it would be like yesteryear, but that isn’t the vibe at all. Still intrigued to see where this goes. All the Bible stuff is flying over my head though

Genuinely not sure how to feel abt this book. I watched the movie, thought it was cringy but was intrigued enough to try the book. Could not get into it, but after switching to audio it’s been a lot better. Like if you’re going to do an age gap romance, you have to play into the power dynamics otherwise why would I care abt the so called tension and drama. Give me romangerri 🤲🏼

Not really sure what’s even going on anymore. At this point I’m rooting for the demon.

Oooh I was so excited to get the audio eARC but idk I’m finding it really hard to stay focused on the story. I just don’t care about Anya or Jude. They both annoy the hell out of me. Maybe it’s bc it’s an audiobook but I’m having such a hard time keeping everything straight especially with Jude’s whole possessed
