A curious read, but so far I’m not that impressed. I agree in with some of the guiding principles: people over processes, treat employees like adults, leadership role-modeling behavior. But I find the examples provided short sighted and shallow. Additionally I started reading this because Erin Meyer is a coauthor. But a third into the book I have yet to find any useful insights from her contribution.
