Why do all the romantasies sound the same the last several years? Characters, plot, romance, etc. Just different names and setting. That's about it.

I understand there's technically nothing new, but they literally all feel like copy and paste.

This stupid drama between the families is really killing the story. You're all GROWN ADULTS and acting like children. Get over yourselves.

I like Tristan and the banter between him and Lark, but I don't know if I can push through.

I just started this and I'm already pissed off and annoyed at the FMC's 'boyfriend'. And the family drama...

Vin really needs to be careful. She just told Elend WAY too much about what she knows. She doesn't even know if she can trust him and is putting everything at risk. Very irritating with how naive she's being.

Hoping to finish tonight. Very fast paced and enjoyable.
