Wow, okay. this book is definitely getting heavier, maybe it already was. I still stand with my criticism of the book, but boy it actually is an amazing literary tool. It reminds me of myself from when i was slightly younger.

The aspect of holden clearly enjoying self harm (not necessarily inflicted by himself) is so telling to his trauma he is a broken child, who is not acknowledged for his brokenness. Poor child

honestly, its getting more enjoyable? but mocking of God is not okay. im trying to ignore it as i am intrigued by the story, but i wish god and christ werent used so carelessly. father forgive them for they know not what they do.

on another note, im interested to see the expanded story between jane and hayden(?). very intriguing

see if im being fr this book is entertaining because its so all over the place? and the mc is really annoying. its fun to read, but the swearing and use of the lords name in vain and the immaturity is hard to get behind. i understand its the point of the boom and the mc but still. its short and enjoyable besides that. it kinda makes you laugh

Honestly, this book is super crack fiction and holdon is just simply a complainer. Comments are right, you like this book depending on if u relate to him or not.

Cant lie it is a fun read, i like the dramatic of it all, but using the lords name in vain and the absolutely unnecessary amount of swearing is adding to my list of not liking this book
