Wtf how am I so invested in such a wacky story? Did the bees mind control her into murdering her toxic husband and moving on with her cozy cottage core life? WHAT'S GOING ON I NEED TO KNOWWW 😭😭😭😭 Why does a "cozy romance" book have a crazier plot than the crazy horror/thriller stuff I've been reading lately?

Haven't stumbled upon a book with a premise so absurd in quite awhile

Oh hell yeah, hunger games. I knew that "hunting as a hobby" was the biggest red flag ever in a man. Bonus points if he's also into taxidermy.
(taxidermy being a red flag doesn't apply to women though, I love my weird gals)

*gasp* She collects hair from the women she sleeps with in her Louis Vuitton bag? That's crazy, that's messed up, that's....lmao yk what, i'm intrigued. Possible psycho? Maybe, but I like that better than the arranged marriage to older men talks in this book.

Maybe lesbians are just what this era needs, in which people pretty much ignore the fact that women have sexual desires too.

This one's interesting. Pretty slow start but it reminds me of the campus vibes in Murakami's "Norwegian Wood" with a creepy twist.

This is way too catchy omg I can't do anything without my mind unintentionally floating to it. Guess I'm caught in its "trap" until i finish it x)

This one might be seriously worth the hype you guys. Had me hooked from page 1. The whole Void dimension is really cool...Dante's inferno meets the (blue) Avatar world and I'm very much here for it. Likeable female protagonists, wacky creatures....what more could one need from a fantasy world in 2026? I'm praying it doesn't somehow flop, because if it stays as cool as it started, it might be my fav 2026 release

The main character is soooo arrogant and unlikable. She's like a caricature of a radical feminist, kinda trashing the whole vibe it's trying to pull with her lame, one dimensional personality. I hope it gets better....although I'm already struggling a bit to get through this.

This is really nicely written. Very strong images for poetry, which is usually mostly focused on strong feelings rather than pictures, so it's quite unique from that pov. I'll need a little time to process it though. Definitely not the kind of book to be read in one sitting.

Okay welp, the slow pacing is a bit infuriating when building up to an important point of the story. Jfc idc about the care of the horse or the chores u give to the officer, just tell me if u got the child out of the toxic ass abusive household or not! 😵‍💫 Maybe the real les mis are the readers suffering through the seemingly unintentional suspense.

The second he first thought that getting smarter will get him feeling less lonely I knew this was gonna be a wild ride. I'm glad to be going through this book in my 20s, understanding what's going on, rather than in my teens, when I would've been confused about so many terms and things going on in here. Wacky to me that this book is generally recommended to like...14yos.

Oh nevermind, there's even more introduction. It's kinda charming though, I'm loving all the elaborate world building and character development. Definitely a slow burn book though.

Well shit finally hit the fan, and it hit so hard I couldn't put the book down for like what, 150 pages? Crazy.
