DNFd this book. Very intriguing premise, but quickly became repetitive. The author did state that this was not an academic book, but more cataloguing his personals journey to orthodoxy (which in modern times he’s now abandoned and become a secularist- oops) but it was still a bummer since the first few chapters were so interesting!

Instead of studying I just walk the school library and convince myself I should apply for PhD and now I’ve borrowed 8 books that I definitely don’t have time for with 3 exams next week 🙃

reading onyx storm and realizing patience was not a gift I was given (bc the wait for the next book is gonna HURT)
