I don't know what to believe anymore! Alicia is an unreliable narrator because of her past issues and paranoia (and also the fact she's a patient at the Grove), but also Theo is an unreliable narrator as well. He's had a terrible childhood just like Alicia, and his wife is cheating on him and he's had full descriptive fantasies of killing the guy she's cheating on him with??

I have not been able to focus and get into reading for the past few months, hopefully this book gets me out of my slump
