Lovely unpacking of Dogen's Tenzo Kyōkun. Uchiyama Rōshi's insights had me fetching my highlighter again and again. Definitely not the type of book I would read in one sitting. This is one to read and think on as you go. Highly recommend this to anyone interested in Zen Buddhist practice.

Nice easy to read saga. Really enjoyed this, not as exciting as say... Grettir's Saga or Gisli Surson's Saga, but still a nice insight into the era.
