Irys and the Sefaline are like two peas in the weirdest pod LOL! I love how based on their wildly different personalities it wouldn't seem like they'd get along, but they really do.

I've put this one down for the moment, but I do intend to finish it - I just can't Austen at the moment.

This one's on hold for me at the moment because I ran out of time to listen and now it's on hold at the library LOL - can't wait to hear the rest though!

So good so far and soooo many questions! For starters, who is that freaky ice lady LOL!

I love how Thrawn is cool as a cucumber 99% of the time, while everyone else is not 99% of the time. Also, Luke just can't catch a break LOL

What I've learned in the first 30 pages - All the people in Anne's life suck. The end.

It's been a loooong time since I read a Jane Austen book. I forgot how much my brain needs to work to get through her sentences and make sense of them LOL.

Additional things I've noted as I continue to listen to this book: C'baoth is annoying. Never leave home without an Ysalamiri.

I'm enjoying the stuffing out of this book/series. Usually when I'm reading/listening to a story that follows a variety of characters I find myself interested in maybe one or two, but I'm thoroughly enjoying all the characters in this one. I'm so glad there's a third book in the series!

I'm having a hard time getting in this one...I've paused it for now.

I love when books in a series jump off from where the previous one ended. So far, this one has a strong start. I can't wait to find out more about Mara Jade :D

So far the main character is freakishly annoying...no idea why he keeps getting dumped. 🤦‍♀️ Oy, I hope this improves.

I don't know who has worse luck...Irys or Megan LOL! Then again, if I had to pick. I'd say, right now, it's probably Irys. "Goddess" only knows where she's been magicked off to now. Seriously though. This book is a page turner.

I think it's safe to say at this point that Hera is a way better villain than Charlie.

I admit, I wasn't entirely into this book at first...and then someone tried to stab Charlie's dead uncle at his uncle's funeral and then his house blew up...then things started to get interesting LOL!

Since I like the Kaiju Preservation Society, my friend recommended this one to me. Intrigued by the book cover and title, I'm giving it a shot.

Wow...this book got dark...

I'd say that Jamie's old boss is the real kaiju, except that's an insult to kaiju.

This book is so snarky and I love it! KPS is also turning out to be pretty interesting...but I can safely say I would not want to join. WAAAY too many shots required and far too much of a jungle/bug environment for me 😆 Also...Bella and Edward 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Okay. So far not what I was expecting. Jamie Gray is not having a good year so far...

Commadore Faro is quickly becoming my favourite character of this book.
